Ray returns to the festival this year from Hallettsville, Tx.. Creating the beautiful rainbow of colors , as many as 7 layers of cut glass are fired multiple times to create the luminous pieces of jewelry. Both Ray and his wife painstakingly create each piece with no duplicates ever being made. Prices $15-$200.
